The reconstruction and expansion of this farmhouse was conceived as a holiday home that safeguards the form and spirit of the old property and its original functions.
The proposal preserved the language and minimalism of the house, especially on the south elevation, characteristic of rural houses in the region, where few openings were open, to protect the interior from the high summer temperatures.

In the living and dining room, the difference in floor height of the original house is used to create a differentiated space between the dining area and the living area. In the living area, direct access to the outside was created through a glazed area and terrace that opens onto the landscape to the south, towards the sea and old fishing village of Burgau.
